Steve still works in the ICU as an RN, and this year became a full-fledged member of the Mt. Spokane Ski Patrol as well as a certified soccer referee. Jaye is still teaching chemistry at Spokane Community College and this past spring earned tenure. In June we moved from our 1909 residential bungalow to a large and fairly modern split-level on a hilly acre in the woods. We now have PLENTY of room for guests, so please come and visit!

If you'd like to enjoy some of our photos from the year just check out our informal photo site on flickr by clicking here. Last Wednesday & Thursday we had an enormous blizzard that broke our previous record for 24-hour snowfall. In total we received over two feet at our house, and spent much of the next two days digging out. On Saturday the snow stopped, but the air temperature dipped to 11 below. By Sunday afternoon a second storm moved in and the snow was still falling on Monday morning. The forecast calls for a third storm to arrive on Wednesday!
Check out the few photos I've been able to take in between shoveling on our flickr site!
