Happy New Year

This was an exciting year for Steve and Jaye as we moved into a new home, traveled quite a bit, and generally continued enjoying our lives here in Spokane, Washington. Steve still works in the ICU as an RN, and this year became a full-fledged member of the Mt. Spokane Ski Patrol as well as a certified soccer referee. Jaye is still teaching chemistry at Spokane Community College and this past spring earned tenure. In June we moved from our 1909 residential bungalow to a large and fairly modern split-level on a hilly acre in the woods. We now have PLENTY of room for guests, so please come and visit!

If you'd like to enjoy some of our photos from the year just check out our informal photo site on flickr by clicking here. Happy New Years!

A Busy Fall

It's been a busy fall for Steve and Jaye; lots of traveling, running, working and other adventures. Despite some early season snowfall, December has so far been mostly cold and snow-less. We took advantage of the dry conditions and recently did a trail run in the Iller Creek Conservation Area, which is just down the road from our house. It was cold, a little icy, but totally worth it for the great views and wildlife; check out the photos on our flickr site.
